- All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR).
- Prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.
- Prices do not include shipping or delivery costs unless explicitly stated.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

We accept the following secure payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via Yoco and PayFast
- Instant EFT via accredited payment gateways
- All methods as displayed at checkout
All card payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

11. COMPLAINTS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you have a complaint about our products or services:
1. Contact us first at hello@capeready.co.za. We will attempt to resolve the matter within 10 business days.
2. If the dispute cannot be resolved, you may refer the matter to the National Consumer Commission (NCC) or the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO).
12. RECORD OF TRANSACTION
In terms of Section 44 of ECTA, we will provide you with:
- An order confirmation email upon successful payment.
- A record of your transaction accessible via your customer account or upon request.
- These records will be retained for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with South African tax law.
13. ACCESS TO RECORDS
You may request a copy of any transaction record by emailing hello@capeready.co.za. We will provide this within 21 days of your request.
